I noticed this topic and am wondering how it is/was organized. I have a few good novels, seveal spiritual books, and several anthropology books. Many feminist oriented. Thanks, Lynea. lynea.search@q.com

Hi Lynea, some time ago I was ask by a WNMU student to create a textbook exchange section as a hedge against the exorbitant cost of textbooks through the WNMU bookstore. So I did and also created a section for general use as I thought it a great idea. Well, nobody has used it, not even the person who proposed the section. So give it a try in any way you read the original intent. If you wish to just sell the books, use the classified "For Sale" section. We thought that the Classified section, especially the for sale section would be a great service based on trust that would could help pay the bills for the site if something sold. Well, we were wrong, many things have sold or rented with almost 0 give back to the site.

Hi,

I would be more interested in an exchange of good novels, maybe a few timely non-fiction books. We would just trade and return.

I'm sorry that it didn't take off as you had hoped.

Maybe we could form a book group, too . . .

Peace,

Hi Lynea,

I'd be happy to do a book exchange but we're out in the Mimbres. Perhaps we can meet in town sometimes or do you come out here?

Lolly
